I know in a previous post you saw Brooklyn using the Tech Talk with Susan during our eval. She sent it home with us to work with it over the next month. This weekend I made a few boards to try out with Brooklyn. This first one is indoor activities. We have been surprised at how often she has chosen to play in her room with us! I guess we have her out in the living room too much! 
This is a basic "want" board so when she is fussy and we are trying to figure out what is wrong.
Here are her favorite shows that she likes to choose from.
These are some outdoor activities she enjoys.
Brooklyn uses her eye gaze to look at her choice and then we take her hand to push the square she is looking at so that she can hear her choice being spoken. We have put in some blank squares to make it easier for us to determine what she is looking at. Hopefully, we can grow from these with our communication!

... so now we need to come up with a picture of the mud hill with her cousin standing on top of it, so she can point to playing in the dirt again !! Very happy for all of you !!

Great minds think alike Kelly. My Kelly has started with a pecs book at home and school. Some of the same pictures that Brooklyn is using. We will be using some recorded messages too but for now I want to make sure Kelly understands the two dimensional picture.
