Brooklyn's New Tricycle!!!

Thanks to a very generous donor.......Brooklyn now has her very own tricycle that is adapted perfectly for her. It is a moment like this that brings tears to my eyes. (Happy tears of course) Seeing my baby girl on her very own tricycle left me speechless.....a truly amazing "mommy moment!"
I think you can tell by her face that she LOVES her new PINK bike!
She kept looking down at her feet almost like she was thinking "I am doing this!!" "Those are MY feet making this bike go!"
You can see in this picture we can steer and break from the back of it, amazing!!!
We need to work with her OT and/or PT on assisting her with gripping the handlebar.
I can't stop smiling tonight........and my sweet little girl couldn't either! THANK YOU!!!!!

I love the pink. Super Cute! It will be much more fun than riding in the stroller I'm sure.

It looks great, the steering from the back is a great feature - saves on your back..

Beautiful. I know she will get years of joy from this. Just another way for her to be upright and moving. It's wonderful.

Way to go, Brooklyn! You have such great parents and family/friends! Thanks to the generous donor also! You don't know the extent of your gift to Brooklyn! Kelly, you may want to try the arm brace to see if Brooklyn will hold the handle bars. Not sure how it will work.
