Too cute....

I just thought I would post a couple of pictures this morning. Brooklyn looks so grown up in her glasses, I just can't get use to her 'new look.' She is adorable but man....she seems to be growing up TOO fast! Harley continues to be Brooklyn's buddy. We are so blessed that she is such a good dog. She does so well with Brooklyn. I thought this was just too cute not to post!
Look at this tiny bottom! She is a "light weight" (which I guess is a blessing since she in non-ambulatory and needs carried everywhere.) The "specialists" set a goal for her to weight 26 pounds at our April appointment in Chicago. We are holding steady at 23 1/2......
We met with our preschool coordinator last week. It looks like we will be taking Brooklyn to the headstart program one county over. They have a larger program that integrates the special needs classroom with the mainstream class. They are seperated for part of the day - to get more focused "one on one" time and then integrated for all of the "social time activities." I am really struggling with putting my 3 year old on a bus over to the next county. As of now our plan in to have my mom take her and pick her up (remember how AWESOME I said my mom was?!?) - We will have her testing in late April, her speech therapist hopes to be the one to do the testing which would be amazing (we LOVE Diane!) I am sure I will have more to say on this topic once we have checked out the program and have completed the testing.
I think that about sums it up for today!
