We had an amazing time in Chicago at the zoo yesterday! The weather was PERFECT! It was also amazing to get to spend the day with three other wonderful Rett moms - there is just a special bond that I have with moms that are going through this "Rett Life" with me. There daughters were just as amazing as I knew they would be!

I was THRILLED that Maria was able to meet up with us and I got to meet her daughter Yasmine too! She is awesome and loved Brooklyn!

We did have a great time, didn't we!!!! And I ditto Kelly in saying it was amazing meeting and talking to the moms and kiddos (and you too, George:). I am so glad you all have gotten close through the blogs...it means a lot, I'm sure to "commiserate and laugh" about all you go through. It was truly a JOY to share this experience at the zoo with you! Just wish we could have seen a few more animals LOL!
