Tonight was the Open House for Brooklyn! Her preschool classroom is being housed in Carlin Park Elementary School this year (which is where Aunt Kristin teaches 3rd grade!!) We got to check out the new classroom (which is AWESOME) and see her teachers and lots of her buddies!

Brooklyn was THRILLED to see her buddy Jessica - although I could not get them both to look at the camera at the same time!
Look at all of the Assisted Tech devices for the classroom (adapted spinners, switches, switch activated toys, PECS cards, and more - YAY!!!

One of Brooklyn's friends and his big sister gave Brooklyn a card......how sweet! It says "I hope Brooklyn will do what I can do." On the inside was a letter about how cool Brooklyn is along with pictures of her friends. *makes a mom tear up - in a HAPPY way*

It looks like she had a great night! That will be so great that she is closer and that Kristen is at the same school!!!! How are you feeling??? We need to get together - hopefully for some tailgates! Have a good "back to school" day tomorrow!
