I know there have not been any posts for a few days. My apologies, but the Butler House is sick :( Poor Brooklyn has had a high fever, runny nose, cough, the works - we had her in urgent care on Sunday and they said it was an upper respiratory infection (which I also have.) She seems to be getting worse instead of better - not sleeping, not eating. Right at this very moment she is crashed in her daddy's big chair after a sleepless night. Say a little prayer for her - she is pretty miserable. (Mommy is a bit worn out herself!)

Have you ever tried any herbal remedies? We like elderberry syrup in some echinacea tea and astragulus tincture works as well. Breathing some eucalyptus steam always makes me feel better as well.

sorry it has hit your home. i hope brooklyn gets to feeling better soon. it is so hard to see your child sick (especially when you are tired and not feeling well yourself).
the only upside may be that this is a really sweet picture of her asleep in the chair.
