I just realized I have not posted about our WBV platform that is on its way! The Whole Body platform has been listed on our "wish list" since around June. I attended a great session at the Rett Syndrome Conference that talked about various therapeutic interventions for our girls and the physical therapist who was presenting mentioned the platform. It can be used to help strengthen our girls muscles and increase balance among other things.
Right before Christmas I received a comment from Jerry Wilson saying that he was going to send us one! I thought it was a joke - you see Mr. Wilson is the founder and President of Soloflex...what in the world - was he really reading my blog? Yep! We have since had emails back and forth - he has told me of the benefit that kiddos with CP have had using the WBV platform. I can't wait for it to come - I promise there will be pictures once we receive this amazing gift!
If you are reading this Jerry - THANK YOU!!! (and thank you Lois in NYC!)

Oh my goodness that's amazing!!! Little Brooklyn is touching hearts everywhere! We've been looking into the platform too and have been checking with local therapy clinics to see if we can try one out to see if it would be benefical for Annie. Let us know how Brooklyn does!

God is good! I am so excited for Brooklyn to get on that platform.
On a side note we bought Owen a swing last night a Lowes and Kevin installed it in his door frame. Owen is getting use to it! He signed swing as soon as he got up! It is so good for him to swing for so many reasons.

I am so happy there are angels around our families!

Hugs,
Kelly
