Brooklyn is still home sick with me today which is the bad news....the AWESOME news is that she was sitting kind of whimpering in her chair and I asked her "do you need some mommy lovin' Brooklyn?" She looks up at me and says "Ma Ma" .....I know.......AMAZING!! It truly made my day, it has been months since I have her those special words!!! I wish she was feeling better but man, I loved our snuggle time today!!! Many of you know that us mommy's of Rett Syndrome angels can go a lifetime without hearing those words. I cherish them!
*Update.....yes, it is times like these that make me wish I had a tape recorder going 24/7, to catch these rare vocalizations....God has blessed me today with such an amazing gift! I can't seem to stop smiling (and crying, but mostly smiling!)
