Special birthday wishes from Jackson...

Brooklyn started her birthday at McDonald's for breakfast with Grammy, Aunt Kristin and Jackson!(The bad news was no preschool today due to a 2 hour fog delay...bummer!)

Mommy and daddy were able to be home and have lunch with her that we picked up from Sutton's Deli (one of her favorites!)
After work Brooklyn had ravioli, her favorite meal is the portabello ravioli from Olive Garden but we did our best to make it taste pretty close! After dinner she opened a couple gifts. Cindy(a friend of mine from work) and Laura(her daughter) got Brooklyn the perfect card.....Wiggles of course!
They got her a book about the zoo which she is going to love!
Daddy picked out a pretty cool card too and got her a new video. If you ask me, daddy is encouraging her to branch outside of the Wiggles for entertainment!

I still am having a hard time with Brooklyn turning three today! She is just so cute and is growing up so fast. I enjoy hanging out with her so much, I look forward to this coming year and seeing all the wonderful things she will learn. Happy Birthday Brookie Bean!

Brooklyn, I am so jealous. You had Sutton's Deli. Ahhh how I miss the deli and the great sandwiches John and I made. Tell the Sutton's hi for me the next time you visit.

Kelly and Brooklyn,
Celebrating birthdays and milestones is always hard, it means our babies are growing up. We had a pre-school graduation yesterday and it made me cry. My husband made fun of me, but wouldn't it be wonderful if we could just slow time down a little so we could enjoy it just a little longer. Happy Birthday Brooklyn.
