Brooklyn LOVES her rocking chair. However, twice this week she has rocked her self right out of it. Grammy came up with the feather boa idea to strap her in. I hate to not let her sit in her rocking chair....I mean she LOVES that thing! So, until we can come up with an alterative for straps ..........

Hey the boa looks cool!! Grandma's are so resourceful! Also like the bandana (is it from Target by chance?). Is she doing the sliding/slouching thing to fall out of the chair? We use that lumpy, kind of rubbery shelf liner stuff on Brooke's seats to help keep her in place.
I hope you didn't get hurt...I agree with Samantha, some type of non-skid mat might help. Really though, the boa is fabulous and dainty.
Any port in the storm! I agree, that truly screams girly princess!
